The Sky Is The Limit
Creative Arts Program
The Baltimore County Department of Recreation
and Parks Office of Therapeutic Recreation Services believes that exposure to
the arts creates growth and a new awareness in an individual regardless of
their ability or disability. That is why we have created "The Sky Is The
Limit" Creative Arts Program. It is based on a barrier- free philosophy
where individuals with disabilities and non- disabled individuals can come together
and pursue artistic endeavors in a completely accessible environment.
Our program would not be possible with
